2024 Tsillan Cellars Coug XIII
Tasting notes
Deep ruby in color, this wine’s aromas are full of floral notes, with violets and hints of lavender leading into dark plum, ripe cherry, dark chocolate truffle with integrated notes of dusty sage, graphite and petrichor. On the palate, this full-bodied wine carries notes of black berries, cracked black pepper, rosemary, brisket rub and hints of black currant. The Coug XIII wine has an elevated elegance to it with a structured back bone with pronounced tannins that lead to a lengthy and smooth finish.
