Tasting notes
This Blanc de Blanc was made to be a crowd pleaser. Tirage bottled in May 2024, 13 months on lees before disgorgement. Aromas of fresh lemon curd, ripe apples, and citrus zest are lifted by fine bubbles. The palate shows fresh tart fruits, flaky pie crust and shortbread cookies that lead into a long creamy finish.
