Our 100% varietal Cabernet Sauvignon from our Estate vineyard displays a brilliant medium ruby color. After spending one year aging in bottle prior to release, this wine displays classic Cabernet characteristics with notes of cassis, raspberry, and dark chocolate layered with fig, cigar box and blooming wild sage. On the palate, distinguishing notes of black cherry, cola, ripe dark fruits and marjoram interlace with soft silky tannins and an elegant finish.
