2023 Estate Merlot
Tasting notes
Medium Ruby in color, with a nose full of dark cherry, huckleberries, maple brown sugar, and cinnamon, this Merlot comes from an original planting of the estate. The flavor leads with a dark chocolate note on the palate, followed by cherry cola, cedar, raspberry jam and caramel macchiato. This is a well-intentioned Merlot with structure and a sense of place. Pair with New York striploin or prime filet with gorgonzola sauce.
