2022 Reserve Bellissima Rossa

The first release of our extended age reserve program is our beloved Bellissima Rossa. This wine has a brilliant, deep ruby color. On the nose, there are notes of raspberry, cranberry sauce, wild sage, hints of cedar and a touch of milk chocolate. On the palate, this wine has lots of mountain blueberyy, fig, honey and black pepper. What is special about this wine being aged in barrel for 30 months and almost a year in bottle is how well integrated everything is. This wine has plush, silky, rounded tannins with an extremely long finish. Pair with Pork Ribeye or Delicata Squash.
