2024 Bocciolo Di Rosa

Vibrant light salmon pink in color, our Rosé has a nose full of fragrant floral notes, hibiscus and peonies, which leads to raspberry, vanilla, rainier cherries and strawberry and cream. On the palate those same notes carry on with lots of strawberry, honey, watermelon and Chantilly cream. Enjoy this wine all year, but it is the perfect pair for a Lake Chelan summer! Pair with white butter sauce on baked halibut funished with a squeesze of fresh lemon.
