Medium straw in color with a delicate and beautiful nose full of citrus blossom, lychee, white lilies and passion fruit. This wine's well-balanced acid and long finish is supported by rich flavors of honeydew melon, green tea, green apple, lemon zest and yellow cake. Pair with Pescatore or sockeye salmon.
