This wine is a beautiful medium yellow in color. The aromas open to light citrus, honey sticks, wet slate, hints of white spring blossoms with subtle notes of lemon peel and apricot. This Alsatian style, bone-dry Estate Riesling shows bright notes of tangerine tart, lemon meringue, blood orange and lime. This wine is grounded in its minerality with a backbone of lively acidity throughout. Pair with clams, cod picatta, or cioppino.
