2022 Blanc de Noir

Pale Yellow color in the glass that is full of lively dancing bubbles. Bursting aromas of apple pie, golden delicious apples, short bread cookies with hints of yellow cherry, strawberry and Asian pear on the nose. On the palate the effervescence carries a fine minerality with flavors of pineapple, tree ripe Bartlett pear and yellow starburst candy. Enjoy the fresh acidity, wonderful balance and beautiful length. Pair with Pacific NW oysters, raw, touched with a sparkling mignonette.
