2022 Petite Sirah
Tasting notes
Our 2022 100% Petite Sirah is a stunning medium to deep purple color. Aside from the standout color in your glass, the aromas of Blackberry, Boysenberry and Mountain Huckleberry really catch your attention. Following are more nuance notes of cinnamon, pepper, vanilla and blueberry syrup. If this wine doesn’t have your attention yet, then after your first sip your senses will be full of lilac, red currants, plum and pomegranate. Robust, integrated tannins and lively acidity completes with a very long finish. Pair with a tea smoked duck breast topped with a dark cherry sauce alongside grilled summer squash and a light arugula salad, dressed with olive oil and fresh lemon. Also pairs well with duck, goose and lamb.
