Tasting notes
Deep Ruby in color this wine is full of character, bright cherry, mountain blueberry, Italian plums with layers of black tea, wild sagebrush and coffee. As you drink this wine you will notice a silky, round mouthfeel full of vanilla bean, blackberry, red currants and Garrett’s mom’s special cherry cream cheese dessert. Pair with lightly grilled salmon with some lemon and fresh dill, or a pan seared duck breast with a light herb butter sauce.
