Deep ruby in color, this wine is one of Dr. Bob’s favorites. This reserve style wine is built with all the deep rich flavors of black pepper, dark cherry, smoked meats and brownie batter. On your palate this wine continues to build with layers of umami, red currants, dark chocolate, strawberries and figs. Pair with spaghetti and meatballs or a New York with cremini demi topper.
