2022 Estate Malbec
Tasting notes
Our malbec is dark and inky in color. This wine has so much going on, the nose has notes of ripe blueberry, dark cherry, black pepper, cloves, with hints of cigar, coffee and steak seasoning. The palate has similarcharacteristics, in addition toblack currants and Swiss Miss hot chocolate mix. This is a well-structured,plush red wine. From day one in the cellar, we dubbed this wine “spicy meatball”, I think you can see why.
Barrel Regimen: Aged for 18 months in 76% New Oak (48% French, 28% American)
