This wine is becoming a superstar from our Estate Vineyard here on the south shore of Lake Chelan. This wine presents as deep ruby in color with a dense and dynamic nose. Complex notes of fresh mint, chili powder, cinnamon, raspberry dark chocolate, teakwood and earth. With all these layers of aromas, it leads to a mouthful of vanilla, tart cherry, milk chocolate and cowboy candy that is integrated with smooth tannins, moderate acidity and a long building finish.
