Deep Ruby in color this dynamic wine has beautiful sweet floral notes, layers of red fruits, chocolate covered strawberries, Luxardo cherries, classic mulled spices and hints of savory smoked meats. On your palate this Dolcetto screams notes of red raspberry, vanilla, old fashion maple bars, cola and red velvet cake. Pair with sauteed wild mushrooms topped char broiled New York steak, vegetable risotto or a rich dark chocolate mousse.
