Our Estate Cabernet Sauvignon does not let up. Deep garnet color in your glass with aromas of black currants, plums, Turkish coffee with hints of sage, maple and dried figs. This wine’s powerful tannins are wrapped around delicious flavors of Huckleberry, truffle chocolates, dark cassis, ground cacao beans and blackberries. This structured wine still has that balanced and silky lingering finish you love.Pair with rack of lamb or a prime filet with Bleu cheese sauce.
