2023 Estate Pinot Grigio
Tasting notes
We combined two blocks of our estate Pinot Grigio into two fermentation vessels, used a cultured yeast and native fermentation to create a wine with pale straw color and delicate flavors of pear, lemon and honey cashew. A round mouthfeel, mouth-watering acidity with notes of citrus and green apple lead to a long finish. Pair with lemon-rosemary roasted whole chicken.
