2023 Sauvignon Blanc

Vibrant pale straw color in your glass with layers of green apple, pear, stone fruit with hints of a fresh cut hay field, violet flowers and pineapple. On your palate you will find a smooth but building acid sensation, with clean lingering notes of lemon, lime, peach and minerality. This wine is dry yet it has a rich mouthfeel and a very long finish. Pair with warm herbed goat cheese and white pepper crostini.
