Our bone-dry, Alsatian style Estate Riesling is a vibrant medium gold in color. Bursting aromas of sweet-scented cherry blossoms, lemon, ripe pineapple with hints of beeswax and slight petrol notes. Tasting this wine, you are greeted with lively acidity wrapped around lots of passion fruit, nectarine, lemon tart and wet granite stone. Enjoy this well balanced, truly dry wine. Pair withfreshly baked apple pie, light beet salad with a sweet basil vinaigrette or bacon wrapped herb butter basted scallops.
