2021 Petite Sirah
Tasting notes
You will first notice the dark, inky deep purple color that leads you right into aromas of blackberry, sage, black licorice and fresh cracked pepper. Over time you will find hints of figs, cedar and savory smoked meats. On your palate this wine is loaded with sweet black plum, blueberries, Luxardo Cherries and as it travels through the big finish there are subtle notes of dark chocolate, tobacco and fine integrated tannins, a rich mouthfeel that just lingers.
