2021 Sinistra
Tasting notes
Deep Ruby in color with classic notes of cassis, blackberry and sage with underlying subtle notes of nutmeg, cinnamon stick and cedar box on the nose. This wine has ample depth of black cherry, burnt caramel custard with layers of pencil shavings, Worcestershire and hints of brown sugar. The oak is beautifully intergraded already, showing of a bigger body wine, smooth tannins and that long lasting finish. Pair with grilled Duroc pork chop with a blackberry-chipotle sauce or dark chocolate lava cake with raspberry coulis.
