2021 Estate Reserve Syrah
Tasting notes
Deep Ruby in color, this reserve style wine from two blocks of Syrah is full of terroir. Earthy, mineral, graphite shows notes of our vineyard site, yet this full-bodied wine has bright notes of blueberry and sweet oak. Throughout the long finish you are left with hints of vanilla and espresso bean. Pair with dark chocolate soufflé with red wine cherry compote and nutmeg scented whip cream.
