2021 Estate Barbera
Tasting notes
Our toughest and always last fruit to bring in, might just be the most rewarding. Deep purple in color this wine brings big aromas of huckleberry, leather and Herbs de Provence. Once this wine hits your mouth you are on an unmistaken journey. With gentle tannins and juicy acid, it is full of black pepper, cherry pie filling and blackberries. Enjoy this rare wine for Washington and the Lake Chelan AVA. Pair with Italian sausage and spinach cannelloni in an Aleppo Arrabiata sauce.
