2021 Estate Malbec

We combinine all our blocks of Estate Malbec to make this 100% varietal wine. At first pour you will notice its deep purple color that mother nature provided us. Nuanced and layered aromas of wild sage, dark fruits, tobacco, black licorice and violets on the nose. As you are swirling and tasting this wine, notes of coffee, mocha, marionberry and black cherry are well integrated with a warm earthy sensation that hints at our special vineyard site here on the south shore of Lake Chelan. Pair with your finest filet or pepper crusted pork loin with mushroom Demi glacé.
