2021 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon
Tasting notes
Two clones in three blocks from our south shore estate provides us with this deep ruby colored wine. Classic notes of cassis, cherry, cedar and black teakwood takeover your senses. On the palate this twelve-month bottle aged wine shows incredible depth and integration with big notes of ripe plum, mountain blackberry, boysenberry and deep earth and mineral tones. Enjoy this big, rich, round and everlasting finish.Pair withKC seasoning rubbed New York Strip loin, flame grilled over oak with a red wine reduction.
