This wine is a beautiful expression of a 100% varietal Sangiovese and being from our Estate Vineyard in the Lake Chelan AVA makes this wine very special. Our Sangiovese lends a sight to be seen,medium garnet color in your glass. On the nose there is fine layers of figs, dates, wild sage, sandalwood and cigar box. This is a dynamic wine with ever changing flavors of mountain strawberry, tart cherry, wild mushrooms on the palate with an earthy, forest floor backbone. Enjoy the well-integrated acid and tannins that lead right through a long silky finish. Pair with seared duck breast on wild mushroom and red wine risotto.
