Our 100% Dolcetto is medium ruby in your glass with so many nuanced layers of aromas and flavors. On the nose you are hit with a complex combination of blackberry, black pepper, dark chocolate espresso bean with hints of sweet tobacco and cinnamon stick. Once you taste this wine the flavors of Italian plum, bright cherry, cranberry and Dr. Bob’s favorite Mt Adams Wild Huckleberry lead to notes of warm oak and Italian spice medley and with well-integrated tannins and an unforgettable finish.
