2022 Estate Reserve Chardonnay

Our Estate Chardonnay grapes are just so special every year. Using our cooler year, but great growing conditions in the fall, we let this fruit hang and get that golden color. What we are given is this stunning Medium yellow color in the glass, candied apricots, honeycomb and slightly toasted hazelnuts greet your senses. In our true reserve style this wine is fermented and aged on its lees while being stirred weekly. On top of that, native fermentation really adds layers of texture and expresses our growing site. On the palate, lemon custard, golden delicious apple and a light butter note draws out a long-balanced finish.
