2022 Semillon

Deep straw in color with subtle notes of white flowers, lime, green tea, lemongrass with hints of wet stone and gravel. On the palate this unique dry white wine is full of apple, dried apricots, guava and hints of grass. This wine shows a beautiful streak of acidity and has a round, textured finish. Pair with shrimp ceviche drizzled with lemongrass purée or Oysters Rockefeller with Puget Sound Capital oysters touched with fennel pollen.
