Tasting notes
Deep straw in color, this pure form of our Estate Chardonnay has zero oak or Malolactic fermentation influence. So, this wine shows a zesty fresh squeezed lemonade note on the nose followed by white nectarine, a delicate white flower and that famous Tsillan Cellars Estate Vineyard minerality. On the palate there are beautiful Asian pear, ripe tangerine and Ritz Cracker notes. On the finish you are treated to fun lively acidity that keeps you coming back for more.
