From the original vines planted on the estate, before we were even Lake Chelan AVA. This dry Alsatian style wine is medium yellow in color with a beautiful perfume on the nose with hints of pineapple and lemon. This delicate wine is full of lively acid, carrying notes of lime, nectarine and flint. Pair with striped sea bass in green curry sauce.
