Tasting notes
This wine is Cabernet Sauvignon based blend with parts Merlot and Syrah. In the glass there is a deep ruby color with notes of cassis, cranberry, smoked paprika and star anise. Classic notes of baker’s chocolate, chalky tannins and a rich hint of smoked burnt ends from your favorite steak house. Pair with 5 spice crusted rack of lamb with roasted black currant and herb sauce and roasted root vegetables.
