Tasting notes
Classic Syrah color in your glass, this 100% estate varietal Syrah was aged in barrel for 18 months. The wine is showing notes of chocolate nougat with blueberry drizzle and a cherry cordial on the nose. The palate has gracious amounts of black pepper, earth notes and cured mole salami. Pair with blacken seasoned Wagyu hamburger with caramelized onions, gorgonzola, bacon-pancetta jam, on a kaiser bun.
