Tasting notes
Deep golden color that presents a burst of citrus blossom that leads to ripe honeydew melon and white peach. On the palate a wonderful journey of honey roasted Macadamia nuts, vanilla bean crème brûlée and Werther’s Originals rounds out this rich mouthfeel. Pair with herb crusted halibut with mango-papaya salsa.
