2021 Estate Riesling

Medium gold color, bone dry in an Alsatian style. On the nose you are hit with all the classic notes these 22-year-old vines provide. Meyer lemon, hints of petrol and aromas of jasmine.  The palate it is full of wild honey, crisp Asian pear and key lime pie without the whip cream. This wine continues to linger and the subtle every lasting acidity never disappoints. Pair with blue mussels simmered in a yellow curry sauce with minced jalapeno and crusty bread.
