Tasting notes
A medium to full bodied dry sparkling wine. Aromas and flavors of Bartlett pears, Golden Delicious apples and warm brioche. Finished as a Brut sparkling wine with crisp acidity.
Serve at cold temperatures with either blue cheeses, a bucket of steamed mussels or a generous platter of charcuterie. 40 cases produced, enjoy now through 2030.
