2019 Estate Merlot

The 2019 Estate Merlot is a deep purple robust expression of what Merlot from the South Shore of Lake Chelan can be. Still young, but already exuberant, this wine pleases with aromas of cherry, plum, and raspberry. It delivers beautiful acid-tannin balanced flavors of dark cherry, plum and raspberry with undertones of vanilla and mocha. Pair with filet mignon – topped with sauteed mushrooms, roasted chicken and raspberry drizzled chocolate torte for dessert. Decant for 30 minutes, cellar through 2026.
